Silvercrest Garner Farms

We have lived at silver crest for four months, and all ready fell like family . When we first looked at our unit , we asked if we could remodel the kitchen and install a bathtub . To my surprise the answer was yes. Yes has been the answer too everything we have asked . The all inclusive style of living is fantastic. We have adjusted quite well to being pampered.

My mother has been a resident for 14 months. She's very happy with Silvercrest. Great staff. A wide variety of food that is tasty and healthy. The nursing staff is top notch!

I toured this community and the team was so friendly and knowledgeable. The community was recently remodeled and looks updated. It was clean and smelled great! The residents all seemed very happy and there was a robust activity calendar in each area of the community. The memory care was lively and the caregivers were engaged and looked like they loved their jobs. Melissa and Julian were fantastic hosts!

We have had the absolute best experience with Silvercrest Garner Farms Senior Living. I’ve been working with their team for over a year, and they have supported us through every step of moving my parents from Texas to Iowa—no small task. They helped me through both my tears and my fears, and they worked tirelessly to find the perfect placement for each of my parents. Melissa Christensen has been absolutely amazing to work with, and Katie has been so helpful in guiding us through costs and making those conversations comfortable and easy. My dad is in Assisted Living and my mom is in Independent Living, and both have been cared for with such kindness and attention. The food is wonderful—and during our move, they even provided a week of free lunches, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff is incredibly attentive and always calls if they notice anything we should be aware of. The facility itself is beautiful, and the maintenance team is outstanding. I mentioned an issue with the microwave, and when I came back, a brand-new one had already been installed—fast, caring service. Most importantly, the Assisted Living staff working with my dad are exceptional. They are compassionate, patient, and have built a wonderful relationship with him. Silvercrest has supported us every step of the way, including navigating family communication and differing personalities. I truly cannot give a higher recommendation. Silvercrest Garner Farms has been a blessing to our family.
