When I had had seen photos I loved the facility. However in reality, the nursing staff didn’t really appear to attend to the patients as closely as they should. Often times I would see multiple CNA/nursing staff up and down the halls standing there chatting when you could hear patients asking for help. The nurses on staff acted like they were above any manual labor most of the time they were in the kitchen area when I was there . My loved one was left in diapers much longer after rehab then they should’ve been. The idea of rehab is to get them back up and on their feet and be able to function on their own not to have to count on a diaper to make it to the bathroom .Don’t get me wrong I realize this is not an easy job but if this is the job that you signed on to do and are being paid for it then you should be doing it.

My partner has been in and out of here for 5+ months now for therapy. During which time he has fallen 3 times, once resulting in deep bruising. Don't bother voicing an opinion or asking questions. Social Services is nonexistent and some of the staff is rude. Shout out to Mia the only respectable employee. Residents lined up in the halls and others wandering aimlessly asking visitors for help. If you're wanting to call a family member and don't get a call back its because other family members are allowed to make decisions for you even though you are capable of making them yourself. In my case this other family member was a previous employee. They have been able to lie, multiplate and spread gossip with CNAs, Nurses and Social Services because they have friends in the right places and still work in Heathcare. Since its a non-profit they don't get involved in family related matters, but you would think they would get involved when a family member is taking their personal belongings from them and alienating them from contacting people they love. If you are considering placing a family member here, please do your homework.

My mother recently passed away and this is quite difficult to write even now. But I want to let everyone know: She was a smarter, healthier, and more engaged person in life because of Manor Court. She was incapacitated in so many ways, but her dignity was never sacrificed because a few of my siblings and I made the right choice by encouraging her to become a resident here. The administrators and PAs, RNs, and CNAs made her daily life more palatable because they CARED (She absolutely adored so many of the nursing staff)! And, in turn, I KNOW my mother made their lives more enriching because she respected their kindness and expertise. She was also just a wonderful person. I will forever miss this lovely and charismatic woman in my life, but will also be indebted to the gracious and attentive care she received by these very lovely people at Manor Court.

My grandmother resides here, and I must say that the cate she receives is very good which tells you that the staff is very curious and professional with a personal touch for each resident. The facility is very clean, and orderly. The living quarter my grandmother stays in is cozy and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking to place an elderly love one in an assisted living facility.

Administration is really bad which I believe trickles down. My Dad had fairly decent care in bounce back but assisted living was terrible. I feel bad for those that are there and don’t have an advocate.
