Great experience

Staff was a nine out of ten. Therapy was good. Good personal. Food not so good. Facility was kept clean. No therapy on weekends not good. Med's were sometime slow but always given. But overall they did good job for my wife.

Our experience with Social Circle was excellent from start to finish. The therapy team was knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in recovery progress. Staff members treated residents with compassion and respect, and communication with family was consistent and reassuring. The facility was clean, organized, and created a comfortable environment during recovery. Nursing staff responded promptly to concerns, and the discharge planning process was smooth and well coordinated. We are very grateful for the high level of care and support provided and would confidently recommend this SAR facility to others.

My mom stayed at this SAR facility for three weeks after surgery. The physical and occupational therapists were attentive, encouraging, and helped improve mobility quickly. Social circle demonstrated strong interdisciplinary coordination, effective therapy services, and attentive nursing care. Rehabilitation goals were clearly communicated and consistently supported throughout the stay. Nursing staff were generally responsive, and discharge planning was organized. The facility was clean and communication with our family was consistent. Overall, we had a positive rehabilitation experience and would recommend this center.
