This is a beautiful place for my mom. My sister and I work all the time and was not able to provide the care my mom needed. Ms Stacy and Ms Angie take so much care of my mom. She is so active now. It's a home away from home If you're looking for someplace for your elderly love one to stay, this is it!!!

I recently went to see my mother at Social Graces PCH. I was very impressed by the facility and its location. It seems more like a home; beautiful, nice and clean. My mother is very happy now. She looks better and feels better. It shows on her face. She's getting good healthy food and the staff is friendly and caring. I like it that she's participating in the daily activities.
