Somerby of Franklin

We met with Miss Rain Compton, who was most pleasant, informative and showed us three different apartments. My husband and I visited looking for a facility where we can age in place and enjoy our surroundings. Somerby is welcoming from staff, residence, the appearance/decoration of common areas, dining facilities and their amenities.

We had the worst experience with this facility. Don’t be fooled by the look of luxury here. They really don’t want to take care of people. The first sign of any issue and they’ll send you packing. My stepfather had a UTI which no one (nurses) bothered to look for until the wonderful nurse practitioner at this facility said let’s test. He was falling frequently because he was weak. They gave us 30 days to get out… We moved on, it has been four months and he has not had one fall has been able to transfer by himself and do everything required…Had they taken time and cared they would’ve figured out what was going on. This was a costly move for our family. They act like they want to work with you, but they do not. People do not want to work here too much bureaucracy Do not be fooled.

Highly recommend Rain Compton for the outstanding service she provides. She is incredibly friendly, caring, and patient. Her professionalism and compassion truly set her apart she takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure that clients feel comfortable and supported. It’s clear she is dedicated to her work and genuinely cares about the well being of those she serves. Anyone in her care is in excellent hands.

Somerby is a fabulous facility for independent, assisted and memory care living. They provide so many amenities and programs for their residents. Rain has helped my mother in law find the perfect home at Somerby!

My Mother and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had with Rain (sales person & tour guide) from Somerby Franklin. She was genuinely interested in my Mom, friendly, answered every question and, was she showed us around the facilities - she randomly into residents who obviously adored her.
