Our experience at Southfield has been great. The staff is caring, considerate and always ready to answer any question. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility.

Bad place!!! My mother was there for three weeks for physical therapy. She had only been there four days and she had a very big bruise on her leg. They didn’t know how it happened🤷‍♂️ Dirty spoons laying on the floor right along with a dirty disposable glove! When she called for help, it took forever to get a response from an employee!!!!! Don’t take your loved one there!!!!!!

Our experience with Southfield Wellness Community has been incredibly awesome! My boyfriend’s Dad,Gus Dermand, has been at the center for several years. He has been treated with love & respect. The facility is always very clean & the staff is very knowledgeable & very caring. I’m so glad he is at Southfield. I believe that is why he is doing so well at 100 yers old.

They are a very caring & well run facility. My boyfriend's Dad has been there for over 14 years. We are very pleased with the care he receives.

My mom was there for a few months in 2018. The nurses and CNAs care about the residents. It truly helps having staff and managment that might know the residents family outside of the facility. They are a very good facility, they do their best to provide exceptional care. I'm only giving a 4 star review because every nursing home has room to grow and improve. I would definitely recommend.
