I can’t say enough good things about Story Point. My father moved in early in 2025, and while the transition wasn’t necessarily easy for him, the staff were just so welcoming and caring and attentive to his needs that he settled in nicely. A special thank you to the executive director, Kristen, who never hesitates to reach out to me with guidance/advice so that we can be proactive on my father’s changing needs. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing such qualified and compassionate staff are helping care for my father.

I have a family member who has lived at StoryPoint Libertyville for the past year, first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. The staff at StoryPoint has been fantastic both helping my brother be safe and feel secure and our family as we try to support him. Every person I've interacted with at StoryPoint -- nurses, caregivers, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, and management -- has been kind, caring, patient, and capable. The staff are all experts and very experienced in helping elders and their families. It gives me and my family tremendous peace of mind knowing my brother is in such good hands. We are very grateful to the staff and management at StoryPoint, and recommend this community to anyone trying to ensure that their family member is treated with empathy, care, and respect.

The staff at StoryPoint Libertyville are very responsive. I was able to set up an appointment at a time convenient for me very easily. There was also good contact and follow-up before and after the tour.

My aunt has lived at StoryPoint for over 2 years. We have been very happy with the staff and the activities. It is wonderful that they have resident ambassadors to welcome new residents and assist with any needs/issues. The staff are friendly & helpful to residents and families. There are some very fun/interesting activities, Happy Hours a few days a week and they get creative with themes. The facility always seems clean and well kept. Kristen, the executive director, is always friendly, approachable, and always had the residents well-being in mind.
