SPRING MILL SENIOR LIVING

No senior living community is PERFECT. Its sad to see review about bad care and not to send a love one to the community due to an experience. Memory Care residents get confused of what items are theirs thats why they are place in a memory care community due to memory loss. Spring Mill is a wonderful community with a great team! Its upsetting to see someone write a review after being upset to push people in the community away. We are a wonderful team and care ! Don't go off of ONE review due to an individual being upset

We had the worst experience with memory care at Spring Mill. It looks beautiful but they do not take care of their residents! My dad was never shaved, always in someone else’s clothes, and always sleeping! There are no activities to help the residents engage. It is very hard to get in touch with staff members and they are less than willing to help you. Please do not send your loved ones there if you truly love them!

Mike Lando and Kasia Gontar-Marvel offered a wonderful professional tour. They represent this lively community and cohesive care team well. The residents were active and engaged. Our mutual patients are proud of the care they receive and speak highly of their home. We as professional partners are confident in referring to and working with everyone at Spring Mill.

Our family at Spring Mill Senior Living was just that, a family! We moved our dear mother into the assisted living in 2022 and ended up needing to move her to the memory care in 2024. The staff became like family members to us. A true community of friends who gave us peace of mind when we could not be there. We knew that our mother, was happy and well cared for. The memory care staff, nursing staff and administrators have a very special place in our hearts.

Spring Mill is a fantastic senior living facility. My mother-in-law has been living there for about two years now and we couldn’t be happier with her care. Janine, Jillian, and the rest of the staff at Spring Mill have been nothing but helpful and always greet you with a smile and a hug. Before moving her here I toured 6 or 7 other facilities looking for the best fit and I am very happy we decided on Spring Mill. No regrets. My mother-in-law enjoys going on lots of field trips and participating in an array of activities that Spring Mill provides. Whenever we call she usually says she is busy with this activity or that. A huge improvement from where she was before moving here. And anytime she doesn’t pick her phone up it’s great peace of mind knowing we can call the front desk and they can find her quickly so that we know she is ok. The communication between the staff and me and my husband had been top notch. Anytime we have a question it is answered in a timely manner. The facility itself is also nice. They have a large outdoor patio with a garden and lots of seating and umbrellas. And they regularly have live music for the residents. There is always something special going on at Spring Mill. Sometimes when we visit we like to take her out to eat but it’s also nice to know that the dining room is a good option. I’ve eaten there many times and never had a bad meal. So if you are thinking of having a loved one move in to Spring Mill, do it now, the only thing you will regret is not moving them here sooner.
