Springhouse Village of Collierville Assisted Care Living and Memory Care

Recently had the pleasure of learning about your beautiful community, both inside and out, and I’m seriously considering it as a potential home for my grandparents. A CNA by the name of Dan recommended your facility, and after seeing what you offer, I’m very excited about the possibility of them becoming a part of your community. We’ll be starting the application process next week, we’re looking for a loving and graceful environment where they can enjoy their remaining days in comfort and peace. The location is excellent , with only a 7-minute commute from our home, which will make it easy for us to stay closely connected. I’m eager to learn more about your services and how you support your residents, and I look forward to the next steps in the process!

My Uncle was a resident at Ciel. The place is clean and decorated nicely, but he was not properly cared for. He paid a ridiculous/additional amount a month to have Ciel administer his meds daily, but could never get them on time. They would come in the middle of the night to give him the meds. When he became very sick and missed many meal services, no one checked on him. Please don’t send your loved ones here!

Beautiful facility- that's it. My father stayed in the memory care unit. Served cold food and food that did not meet his clearly communicated dietary restrictions. Housekeeping in the room was poor: Have to remind them to remove the dirty depends (see pic); change bed linens and clean the bathroom; wet pants (he struggles with incontinence) were left in the laundry basket for DAYS. I get that they are short staffed- but then everyone else should chip in to make it work. Lots of turnover between poorly trained staff. No communication in between shifts, so you are constantly telling new people the same thing over and over again. Tried to coach them on what needed to be done and they either flat out don't do it or got smart alecky when I mentioned it. The staff is not adept at dealing with folks who have mid-stage dementia; I felt like we were training them. Management provides lip service to complaints, but nothing changes. At one point, I threatened to charge them for the cleaning and meal service that I provided when they failed to do so. You can do better for your parents/ loved ones.

My mother has been a resident at Springhouse Village in Collierville for a year. She is so happy there. They help her to have a good day every day! She loves the activities and all of her caregivers. Springhouse Village has been diligent in keeping the residents free of the covid virus which we are so thankful for! We feel so blessed to have mother there.

Dad has been a resident in the Assisted Living side for a year now. He LOVES it there. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Activities Director is a gem!!! We love Springhouse Village Collierville and the entire staff - Thank YOU ALL for what you've done during the Covid-19 pandemic!
