I have the best experience and attention especially by Erilein Navarro She Goin Extra Miles in everything Non Stop , also Tamara Rolando , and Elizabeth in the Night Shef , but in general the Attention and Services is Super Especial , plus the Therapist’s Staff , Angela is Super Proffessional and Alfredo their are most Knowlege and prepaid technician , and the all therapist Staff are very Proffessional , Im very Grateful in this Journey thanks For Everything to The Admon To …!

My mom, Gricelda, stayed at Saint Anne’s Nursing Center for two months after her hip surgery, and we had a great experience. All of the therapists did an excellent job. Her physical therapist provided outstanding care and made a significant difference in her recovery. I would like to give special RECOGNITION to CNA Erilin Navarro for her exceptional work,dedication,compassion,and professionalism. She is truly AMAZING . She took care of my mom with so much love and kindness and was a true blessing in her life. My mom and our entire family love and appreciate her very much ❤️. I would also like to recognize Claudette, the afternoon CNA, who cared for my mom with the same love and professionalism.Her kindness meant so much to our family. I also cannot forget to mention Jackie Fiffe, the Nurse Practitioner for Supportive Care at Saint Anne’s Nursing Center. She is amazing, and we are very grateful for her support. May God grant you the wisdom to choose staff members who provide patients with the love, respect, compassion, and professionalism they deserve.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to the staff, nurses, and doctors at St. Anne’s Nursing Home for the care they have provided for my mother. This review is long overdue. After a tumultuous year of dealing with my mother’s health challenges and setbacks, my 87-year-old mother has received a new lease on life thanks to the caring staff at St. Anne’s. My mother is a war refugee, so in addition to her physical medical issues, she has also suffered from significant war-related trauma. Due to the diligence and compassion of the doctors, nurses, and staff, she has received excellent care through which she has recovered physically and is managing much better psychologically. I understand that, as caregivers, we sometimes lose patience and expect immediate results, immediate phone calls, and immediate communication. Given the circumstances we face in this country today—where hospitals, urgent care centers, and nursing homes are often understaffed, and where Medicare and Medicaid cuts continue to create challenges—I believe that St. Anne’s is navigating these difficulties exceptionally well. I have always received the communication I needed. The staff have consistently listened to my concerns and suggestions with an open mind, and every step of the way they have earned my trust. My mother entered St. Anne’s about nine months ago with a catheter, unable to walk, and severely underweight. Today, she no longer requires a catheter, has regained her weight, and is walking independently with a walker. I will not describe her psychological progress in detail out of respect for her privacy, but I can confidently say that the improvement has been remarkable. St. Anne’s is a Catholic institution, while my mother and our family are Muslim. St. Anne’s has been extremely sensitive and respectful of our religious beliefs, values, and dietary requirements. Thank you, St. Anne’s, for all that you do for my mother. I am forever grateful.
