Such a great place. They treat my family memeber so good here. So many different levels of care.

Well kept campus, building and grounds are a beautiful and serene setting.

We visited our cousin, who recently moved into a cottage here at St. Anne's. Their cottage is very nice and well maintained inside and outside. Our cousin and his wife have nothing but good things to say about their independent living arrangements and with the relationship with the owners of this community.

Don't be fooled by their assisted living or independant living. Tour the skilled care unit. The care is horrible. The response times to the call bell are 30-45 minutes and they are always understaffed. Things get stolen out of the room. The administration will even tell you not to leave personal belongings. There is a special dining room for patients who need help feeding themselves and the caregiver would just sit at the table on their phone while patients struggled to eat. I would regularly get up and help other patients open their food containers, it broke my heart. I would go in late at night to find patients sleeping in their wheelchairs with their heads hanging down who were never put to bed. They bathe patients once a week, no exceptions. My family member was relieved from pain with daily bathing but that was not an option. You'd think at $13,000 a month the care would be better. We had to be there every single day for peace of mind.

I visited my in-laws there for the first time over the holidays, and was impressed by how lovely the place is. Clean, tastefully decorated and the bistro is nice as well. The staff all seemed very nice, overall this place is very upscale. I have even recommended it to my own mom. Two thumbs up!
