Stay away!!! Kait tells you what you want to hear. She doesn't have enough staff overnight. Many nights nobody avail to give meds to my mother. No proper food. Offering ramen noodles for a Sunday dinner. I would bring food in for my mother. No callbells for months. Overflowing toilets into patient rooms and halls. I could go on. I tried to address these issues and she discharged my mother saying she needed skilled care verses dealing with me. She's not a nice person. My mothers dr transferred her right back into another personal care facility.. Broken promises. My mother loved the staff and was heartbroken she had to leave. She died a month later. Shame on her.
