ST LOUIS HILLS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

We moved my mother in at the end of February, and the transition has been a smooth one. Tosha and Megan have both been so helpful with answering questions. Maintenance has been wonderful in assisting with getting the room set up and ready. The nursing staff has been very accommodating and reassuring in addressing our concerns. Visiting here has been pleasant. An added bonus: my mom has a great view and enjoys sitting in the sun and looking out her window!

Tosha who does Senior Sales is AWESOME AND A GOD SEND. She has made the transition for my uncle easier and comfortable. When we met with her there was no doubt St Louis Hills is the best place for him. My uncle raves about the staff, food and overall environment.

The move from our previous assistant living was a smooth transaction. The marketer, Tosha, has been extremely helpful, as she is a CMT, and able to understand our needs. Maintenance has also been very accommodating. My mom really enjoys the food and activities.

This facility is in a great location and convenient for our family. It fit exactly what we were looking for when we needed assisted living for our mother. We visited others but this one felt the most like home. During our first visit, we met the staff and they all were very nice. Since moving in, mom has met some new ladies that she eats with and they play cards together. She enjoys the food, the people and events they have.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Do not send your loved ones here!! They will be neglected, their rooms and bathrooms will be absolutely disgusting, and when they push a button for help no one will come to help them! This place is abusing and neglecting their residents. My uncle was found on the floor at 7 am and when being picked up for a doctor appointment they were trying to cover up that he fell until they couldn’t because he couldn’t move his legs. Only reason he was sent to the hospital is because he was supposed to be ready for a doctor appointment. I don’t know what would have happened if no one came to get him. According to him he fell and was on the floor for hours before someone found him. Yet no one in the family was informed even when coming to pick him up they still tried to hide it until they couldn’t. The state of his bathroom is totally unacceptable and absolutely disgusting! His trash cans are overflowing with dirty diapers and other unsanitary items. Looks like no one has cleaned in months. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE!!!!!!!!
