Workers don’t seem to care about residents. They fail to monitor patients and perform regular routine care such as showering or using the restroom. The workers talk to the residents very rudely and seem to have a superiority complex. If you really care about your loved ones, don’t take them here, and acknowledge that this establishment sucks.

When the time came that Mom needed more daily support we screened several Assisted Living places in the area. The minute I stepped into Sterling Estate's Landmark Building, I knew this was the place. Having spent many years working in a related caregiving field, I could sense the quality immediately. It's a low hum that runs continuously through the entire property. Soon after Mom moved in, some of her great-grandchildren came to visit and dubbed it "Gigi's Castle"...and we call it that to this day, almost 18 months later. The setting is almost Disney-like in that it looks like Disney designed and maintains the buildings minus the characters. The care is personal, friendly, and efficient. Mom feels known, loved, and safe and I am comfortable she is being well-cared for. While Mom prefers to limit social interactions, there are plenty of things for the residents to choose from on site and in the community. I am so glad we chose Sterling and recommend it highly to everyone I encounter who is considering their options!

After visiting several assisted living communities, including some in Savannah, I can truly say none compare to Sterling Estates of West Cobb. From the moment my mother moved in, she has been surrounded by kindness and genuine care. The staff here are absolutely wonderful - always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every resident feels loved and cared for. The Wellness Center is outstanding, the activities are thoughtful and engaging, and the spiritual leaders bring such peace and encouragement to the residents. The grounds are beautiful and so well-kept, and the entire community feels warm, inviting and truly like home. It is always spotless and welcoming. Since moving here my mother's health has improved so much, thanks to the excellent care and attention she receives. I am so thankful that my mother is part of this community here at Sterling Estates.

Nobody ever went kicking and screaming to a senior living facility more than me. I had a gorgeous 160 year old, 4700 square foot house. Unfortunately, I have Parkinson's disease and the upkeep just got to be too much. I moved into a cottage at Sterling Estates and it's been fabulous. They have a Parkinson's program in their Wellness Center and their entire staff just spoils me rotten. The meals are great and the servers were kick to pick up "don't put anything green on my plate". Everybody is just so nice- the staff and the other residents and the maintenance are always here within an hour on the few times I have had a problem. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The road trips to Atlanta's best restaurants and live plays have been fabulous. I was initially scared that moving in would curtail my independence, but nothing has been farther from the truth. Obviously I would recommend Sterling Estates West for the BEST in senior living. Sincerely, Tom Koch

The Sterling Savannah trip on May 2nd through the 5th was fantastic. Thank you Jill and Deana for a wonderful time. The planning and the company were great. If you are an active adult and want a fun place to live, then look no further.....this is the place. The staff here really go above and beyond to make our retirement enjoyable. It just keeps getting better.... I'm looking forward to the next trip locally or long distance. What fun!!
