STERLING HOME

My mom moved into Sterling with her cat Mookie. . .my sister and I are both far away from my mom so to trust her care to complete strangers is not easy. . .I have to share that we are so VERY blessed to have found Sterling Home! Our mother has been treated with such dignity and care already. . .she's already been taken out for trips to Walmart and The Dollar Tree which are more fun for her then Disneyland! All my emails are promptly returned and any and all concerns have been immediately addressed by Teresa, Joe and the rest of their staff who seem to be very hard working with great attitudes! It was after hours the other evening when I called and Joe picked up the phone. . .my mother felt insecure about asking about her laundry so I asked and Joe was ON IT instantly! I couldn't be more grateful and feel more lucky to find such a gem of a place and such a wonderful team of huge hearted people. . . My Mother's husband passed away yesterday at another facility and my sister and I had to let her know over the phone. . .it was sooo amazingly tough to be so far away and have to give her such difficult news and not be with her. . .we called Teresa first. . .she was so very compassionate and went straight to my mother's room after finding another from the staff who my mom felt close to and had my mom call us from her phone. . . Teresa was there to hug, hold and support my mom when we couldn't be. . .to check in on her all day long and make sure she was ok. . .I am beyond thankful for her kindness and empathy. . . We all seem to worry about our parents care. . .and rightfully so. . .be assured. . .this place is a loving HOME.

Terrible place ! Dirty no decent meals hardly no staff! They get paid hardly nothing ,don’t put anyone you love in here ! Disgusting !
