Grandma works here, so nice.

Staff was very accommodating when my mother in law first arrived at Stonebridge. They made her feel welcome and comfortable in her new home.

So far so great. Everyone seems loving and compassionate or I would not leave my mother in law here. Even though she is in a secure area she is still allowed her to live her life. She believes she still works at a hospital and they allow her to believe she works here and involves her when and where she wants to be involved. They are not saying stop, no, don't touch that don't do that. She is not in a hospital setting, which I saw in so many other secure wards. Emily, Dianne, Jodie, Stacie, Amber, Janet are all a blessing to these elderly residents and they deserve accolades for their jobs well done!!

Food for the residents are unacceptable. Served in cold plates, food cold. Complained several times. Still not corrected
