They don’t help my grandmother!!!! she pushes the”emergency button” and nobody comes, it was 9:30 on New Year’s Eve she called and said she was sitting in her own throw up and was falling out of bed I called front desk MULTIPLE TIMES…no answer so i called 911 WTH?

Staff has no respect for others. What would make me think they would have any respect for my loved one? Edit: just when you think it can't get any worse now I see where it comes from it always trickles from the top the disrespect for people is real coming from this location absolutely absurd behavior towards people and their time. I'd take my people elsewhere as this isnt it. They arent qualified to wipe anyone's butt.

I love this place so much so clean and beautiful!

Visited my mother there.all the employees are wonderful there.just like family.I love it.
