STONEY RIDGE VILLAGE

This place is SOOOO GROSS!! Full of homeless people and full of bed bugs/every other bug you could imagine!! They have trash all over the place! The place needs torn down it is not safe at all for the public!!! They have had trash laying all around the outside for months all over the ground!!

Stole steps belongings. Cds cassettes and dvds

Does not answer their phone, so no way to keep in touch with residents or to contact staff

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. My mother in law resided here for a little over 2 years. Was never once seen by a doctor (Even though we were told she was). She never once had a psych eval done (even though we were told she did). They had absolutely nothing about her on file even though (she was transferred from one facility to this facility) all of the checks that my husband wrote to pay for her stay (none of them were deposited into the proper account). Avoid this place like the plague. If you have any love for your family member at all please don't senf them here. (The only reason she went here anyway is because we had no other option as she suffers from a serious mental illness and the place she was currently residing would no longer keep het and we can't have her living around our small children)

This place is so sad and shady. NO ONE in the office will pick up the phone or call you back. They don't care about the residents unless they get in trouble and even then the "facility" couldn't care less. Unfortunately my brother is a "resident" because our family situation isn't at a place where we can be his guardian and I wouldn't wish this place on a rabid animal. Fight for your loved ones and don't trust the facilities description or deception!!!
