The entire team here is phenomenal. Huge shout-out to Drew and Elijah for being some of the best maintenance staff I've had the pleasure of working with. The amenities are excellent and all the staff are second-to-none.

Five stars does not do this team justice. I am thoroughly impressed by this property from start to finish. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the level of professionalism and care shown by the team truly sets it apart. This is where luxury living seamlessly meets outstanding customer service. Every interaction has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on creating a top-tier experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for both quality and excellence.

I want to give a huge thank you to April and Drew at The Residences at The OAK in Oklahoma City. I recently moved from Washington, DC, and because of my work I relocate often, so moving into a new place usually comes with stress and uncertainty. I was honestly a bit nervous, but this has been one of the best moving and leasing experiences I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work team!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Residence Oak! The team are incredibly caring and always take the time to listen to residents’ needs. My boyfriend and I had an absolute blast at the Halloween event they hosted they really know how to make the community feel connected and fun. Every time I stop by the office, I feel so welcomed! The property is always clean, the maintenance team is super attentive, and I absolutely love my floor plan and neighbors. It truly feels like home here!
