My Father John Piel resided at Sugar Creek for 1 year and 4 months. I can only hope the staff at Sugar Creek knows and understands how much we all appreciated the care they gave my father. John. passed away recently with family and staff at his side. The care he received was unmatched as was the care he was shown. The rooms were very pleasant, food was exceptional, and the facility is of the highest quality I have yet to see or experience. The staff went far beyond what was expected as they do with all the residence. Anyone would be hard pressed to find senior living of this quality anywhere else. Hats off to Sugar Creek, we will never forget what they did for my Dad during his last times with us. All the best, Dave

My mom had a terrible experience there, it was thru Covid so we couldn’t visit, she ended up in the hospital, nurses taking pictures of her bruises on her head and body because of abuse charges. She was moved to St Mary’s OFallon ( used to be a convenient and nursing school t and and was treated great there. Keep them at home!

A wonderful place for your loved ones when they can no longer safely be in their home. The staff is attentive and provides varying levels of care according to each persons need. The activities available are fun and vary from day to day, Barb does a great job gettting residents involved. Definitely a place I would want my loved one to reside should the need arise.

Having been involved with providing a church service weekly for the residents of Sugar Creek, I have been impressed not only with the cleanliness of the facility but also the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. The activities are many and varied so that the residents have ample choices to participate. A very warm, homelike atmosphere where the residents bond in a loving, supportive manner.
