SULLIVAN POINTE ASSISTED LIVING

I have been in this community several times and the staff is amazing and you can tell the residents are family to them.

This has been a great place for my sister. The staff members are kind and supportive. The facility is well maintained and has a homey atmosphere. Meal accommodations are made for residents. I feel good about her care here.

Trying to find a safe, dependable assisted living facility for a family member can be frustrating and stressful. So much change in so little time during this part of their life is startling to say the least. Trust matters. Trust is what we found at Sullivan Pointe. Sheila and her staff (from the CMAs to the cooks, housekeepers, and the director of nursing) have built a place where the health, happiness, and overall well-being of your family member are their highest priorities. They do all of this with a fun, kind, and sincere attitude. In addition, if they say they are going to do something, you can count on them to fulfill that promise. Their level of communication and care have created a sense of community that my family and my mom, who struggles with vascular dementia, cherish. The amazing staff at Sullivan Pointe have somehow managed to get my mom, who had shunned social activities in the past, to break out of her shell, connect, and make new friends and participate in activities like decorating pumpkins, music programs, and enjoying the outdoors. Their food, their cleanliness, their facility, and their friendliness make Sullivan Pointe the place we recommend to our friends and family looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy residence for their loved ones. Mom was even able to decorate and furnish her own room, which helped her remember small things and feel comfortable. This place is transformative. They have made her feel so welcome that now she even calls Sullivan Pointe “home,” and we couldn’t be happier.

My grandma has just moved into Sullivan Pointe. We all love it! It is a 10 out of 10. I wish she had moved here sooner. The director and staff are phenomenal. The nurses are amazing. Everyone treats the residents with utmost care and respect. We visit all the time. Whenever they clean Grandma‘s room, it is spotless. Every time I walk in the front door, it smells so fresh and clean.

Victorian place, is a wonderful place. Everyone is so good, they take really good care of Lawana. She is so happy to be here. Thank you for having such wonderful people taking care of her.
