I am highly disappointed that the staff does not take into consideration the people that they hire. There is one staff there last name Capasso who abuses and neglects her dog while she works non stop hours here. The dog is constantly pooping and peeing all over her floor and is neglected and is not taken on walks. This woman also has made terrible remarks about disabled people and it has then report as management here and they haven't done anything about it. If you have a loved one here, I do not recommend having them being here as you never know how they are truly being treated. If staff allow their own animals to be neglected at home, Lord knows what they will do behind your back. Somewhere else.
