The team at Charter Senior Living has been an absolute Godsend for my dad and for me. As a busy working professional, I can't always be there when emergencies arise or unexpected needs come up. But I can say without any reservation or hesitation that I know my dad is truly taken care of—every single day. The staff have gone far above and beyond their regular duties, stepping in to handle things that they honestly shouldn't even be responsible for. Their compassion, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile have made all the difference. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the entire team for your incredible service to the seniors at Charter. You truly are my 24/7 support system, and because of you, I feel safe and confident that Dad is in the best possible hands. Your dedication enhances lives in ways words can barely capture. Charter Assisted Living in my opinion is the best option for your loved ones. We had my brother there from Oct. 2024 thru July 2025. The staff were some of the best to work with and cared for him as he were their own family!! I want to personally thank Kendra Coulter and Starlana Camp for always having the best interest of they're residents at the top of their list. Should we ever need this kind of assistance again, we will surely go to this facility.

I am so impressed with the this facility! The remodeling has been awesome! My mom, uncle and aunt live at Charter and their care has been exceptional! Kendra, is amazing and I appreciate her more than she will ever know! Knowing your elderly loved ones are in good hands is a relief on the heart!

Ms. Kendra is legitimately living being the hands and feet of Jesus! We were in a really rough situation with my dad and the passing of my grandma. Kendra was an answered prayer and had a room ready so quick for my dad! They even allowed us to store some items for my dad at the center because I had to get back to my home out of state. She met with us one on one to explain how Charter works and provides for the residents. She made us feel very welcomed and comforted. My dad did not have a way to get from his current living area to his new home and Kendra stepped up and picked him up herself! Our family truly could not be more thankful for her and this place! Ms. Kimmy in the office is also amazing! On the day we moved stuff in she let me borrow a wagon to help! My dad speaks so highly of both ladies and the workers here. They put in the effort and love to get to know each resident and take time to talk to them and make them feel at home. We highly recommend Charter to anyone looking for a place for independent living or assisted living. The building is clean, pretty, and renovated. The services are fantastic and they involve families in everything!

My mom passed away at 94 after living for two years at Charter Senior Living of Chattanooga. The loving care she received while there was extraordinary! She started in independent living and transitioned to assisted living. This facility has been undergoing some significant upgrades and it continues to improve. It is a great choice for a reasonable cost with high quality care. The Executive Director is so personally involved and demonstrates her commitment to the best quality of life practicable for every resident. We are so blessed that our mom received the care and living dignity she had at Charter Senior Living of Chattanooga.
