Sunapee Cove Assisted Living

We had the privilege of touring Sunapee Cove and working closely with the Marketing Director, Sarah. From the moment we first contacted Sarah, she and her team at Sunapee Cove were incredibly patient, transparent, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand my parent's specific needs, answered all of our exhaustive questions without rushing us, and were wonderfully accommodating during our visits. The atmosphere felt warm, vibrant, and beautifully maintained, with residents actively engaged in daily life. The level of professionalism, compassion and grace shown to us demonstrated that this is a special place. We are so grateful for their guidance and would enthusiastically recommend Sunapee Cove to anyone searching for a supportive, and caring environment for their loved ones.

We recently went there to take a tour for my eldest sibling. There are no words that can describe how incredibly supportive and informative the staff there has been. Any and all questions were answered thoroughly. Sunapee Cove is absolutely beautiful, well staffed, the view and the grounds are amazing. There are activities for people of all abilities and interests. While there, I observed interactions between staff and residents and noticed response was immediate to the resident and everyone was kind. The residents all appeared to be very happy and quite active. Patient privacy and security is taken seriously but more than that, their independence and well being is a big focus at Sunapee Cove. Honestly, I wish I could live there. It's a place to thrive. I want to thank everyone there, particularly Sarah Reynolds, for the time they spent with us in person and on the phone. The staff at Sunapee Cove is so wonderful and attentive. My elderly parents are there and they are so happy to be there and my sisters and I are so grateful for the care they receive . The staff hosted a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration taking photos of Moms, giving them hand made Pearl and rosette bracelets, and offering baked goods and refreshments. It was wonderful. Thank you Sunapee Cove.

Sunapee Cove is a wonderful community located right on Lake Sunapee, which provides the most majestic views. Our residents are essentially our family and the care provided to them is second to none. As with all places, COVID had an enormous impact on our community. However, we overcame these challenges, and we now have the greatest team of all. Sunapee Cove is truly an amazing community!!!!

Since she moved in, Sunapee Cove has truly been a blessing to my mother and a great source of comfort to our family. Starting with the receptionists, the entire staff are incredibly friendly, kind and professional. They do a fantastic job in allowing her to still feel independent, while also providing a solid safety net. We toured several other assisted living communities, in the end choosing Sunapee Cove, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It’s cozy and comfortable, with spectacular grounds and views of the lake. As a nurse myself, the entire medical staff is an ideal blend of compassionate and highly skilled. I would strongly recommend Sunapee Cove to any family in search of an assisted living community!
