SUNRISE AT WEBB GIN

In addition to an Alzheimer's diagnosis, my Dad is also a diabetic. It has made managing his health very challenging. The folks in the Reminiscence Neighborhood manage both so well. In coordination with the Wellness Nurse, they have answered and reduced my worries significantly. I highly recommend them!!

I am happy with our experience at SunRise at Webb Gin.The caregivers are always very caring and kind.The thing that stands out to me is that all of them seem to take pride in What they do and and truly care about their residents and at the same time are having a good time doing it. It also speaks volumes that Jim,the director is most always visible and available to family members.The nurses Elizabeth and Dipika are very helpful.Iver all it is a great team.

I visited Sunrise at Webb Ginn today for.my mother future residence. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Erica Bogus the Associate Director was very informative and gracious to all of my needs and wants for my mother. Very knowledgeable and caring. She was excellent.

We are very pleased with Sunrise at Webb Ginn. Mom & dad have been there for 8 months. Prior to Sunrise, we had been in several other facilities the past 2 years which did not provide good care as mom was declining. Sunrise care managers take great care of mom using a hoyer lift since she cannot stand at all now. Sunrise is the only assisted living facility that will care for someone who requires a hoyer lift to transfer from a wheelchair to the bed. We thought mom would have to go to a nursing home for care, but Dad wants to be with mom 24x7. Sunrise lets them stay together in an apartment in the assisted living area, which allows them to live with residents that are similar to dad’s capabilities. They enjoy the freshly prepared food, daily activities of games/exercise/music and companionship. All of the staff truly love & care for their residents just like they are part of their family. Everyone from marketing, executive director/ assisted living/memory care leadership, recreation directors, front desk, kitchen chef/staff, maintenance/housekeeper, nursing staff & medical techs are awesome too. The medical technicians are especially patient in getting mom to take her medication. There is such a difference in care received when employees truly care about their resident’s wellbeing. Mom & dad are enjoying their time together and have found a community who love & care for them physically, emotionally & spiritually. Sunrise at Webb Ginn is a blessing and an answer to our prayers.

We’ve been affiliated with Sunrise for 8 years. My mom is a resident. We have thoroughly enjoyed the facility and the staff. They have been very supportive and take great care of my mom!
