SUNRISE OF FIVE FORKS

I had the joy of finding Sunrise at Five Forks. My husband was there for 7 months. He just recently passed away. I could not have picked a better place for him to be. From the very beginning when I first entered Sunrise, I felt a warm and inviting feeling and greeted with a wonderful staff. Everyone there in every position were so very kind and very helpful. I could see that what was most important to them was the care of my husband and all of the other residents there. I visited a lot and I saw a lot. I saw a place where my husband was very well taken care of and loved. The food is delicious and an incredible amount of choices at each meal, served in a lovely dining room. I enjoyed eating lunch with my husband and getting to know some of the residents there. There are many different activities planned for each day to meet the interest for all. There is a newspaper printed for each day. Outing are planned frequently. I met the most remarkable people in those 7 months. It became a family for me. I can't thank each and every one of them enough. I know that I gave my husband the best choosing Sunrise at Five Forks.

I have limited experience at Sunrise at Five Forks but I did have a wonderful tour with Greg and was very impressed. The facility looks first rate, clean, well organized, and well kept. The staff appeared engaged with residents and were friendly. The facility is located in a safe, quiet area. My mother lived in a few other local senior centers and I would rate Sunrise at Five Forks head and shoulders above those.

Sunrise at Five Forks has been an absolute blessing for our family! The care team is incredibly compassionate and attentive, truly knowing and valuing my mom as an individual. Over time, they have become more than caregivers—they have become like family, treating her with the same love, patience, and kindness we would. The facility is always clean, the leadership team is incredibly supportive and communicative, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, home-like environment. Knowing my mom is in such capable and caring hands gives us incredible peace of mind, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they provide! Words cannot fully express our gratitude for the incredible care my mom receives at Sunrise at Five Forks. The combination of deeply personalized attention, a loving and dedicated team, a beautifully maintained environment, and strong leadership makes this a truly exceptional place. Our mother has been a resident at Sunrise Assisted Living for 2.5 years, and the experience has been outstanding. We initially moved her from another assisted living facility in a different metro area, and the difference was apparent immediately. Before choosing Sunrise, we visited several facilities, and Sunrise’s memory care stood out as far superior. The space is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff are incredibly attentive and compassionate. We highly recommend Sunrise Assisted Living to anyone seeking a caring and professional environment for their loved one.

My dad lived here for 5 1/2 years before he passed in September. He considered the staff and other residents his second family. He received excellent care and meals. There were a lot of social activities planned that he could participate in.
