Sunrise of Flossmoor

This is a wonderful facility with experienced and caring staff. My Mother is adjusting well and the medication oversight is top notch. The staff is in constant communication with updates and activities for the residents. I highly recommend this community for Seniors.

Sunrise Flossmoor is a very warm and welcoming community from the staff to the residence as well. They made my mom Esther feel very much at home and I feel very secure knowing that she is in their care. Hannah, the Director of Sales, has been terrific in always being available to answer my questions. So many wonderful staff members! Thank you all!

I would like to thank Hanna and all of the staff at Sunrise of Flossmoor for the care that they provided not only to my mother, but to our entire family. Hanna worked very hard to get my mother transferred from a hospital directly to Sunrise when we were having difficulties with the rehab facility that had previously been caring for her. Hanna worked extra hours and did a lot of extra work to make the transition to Sunrise comfortable for my mother. The staff at Sunrise took excellent care of my mother. I am very thankful that they were there for us.

I can not say enough good things about Sunrise of Flossmoor. This is the second memory care community my dad has been in and there is absolutely no comparison to the care he was getting before. The staff at Sunrise is incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. I am convinced that they only hire people with big smiles. We are so happy with our decision to move our dad here. He is comfortable and well taken care of and we have the peace of mind that he is safe. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, the food is homemade, and the care is second to none.

This is an outstanding home for your loved ones! The staff are talented, experienced and very caring. The leadership is wonderful. Everyone is committed to taking care of the residents - this includes the care team, kitchen staff, receptionists, cleaning and maintenance people, nurses, the activity programmers, and the managers and of course HOWIE (the puppy) - they all pitch in to give the residents the best possible experience. They took great care of my mother during some very tough and dangerous times, and helped her have a happy and engaging life!!! They were also very kind and welcoming to the rest of our family. We looked very carefully at a lot of retirement homes before we chose this one. Sunrise of Flossmoor is far and away the best!!!
