What a wonderful home for my dad! The staff from the Sales, Executive Manager, Directors of Care, Care Managers, Dining Room servers, to housekeeping were exceptional. Everyone was caring and compassionate and took great care of my dad! Thank you so much! We love you all! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful home for my mother. From my first visit with Christine (Sales), Sunrise emphasized the importance of creating a family environment full of love and caring support. My mother passed recently and had been at Sunrise for over two years and was very happy there and always said how well cared for she was at Sunrise. The staff was great to work with. Very committed to giving Mom the best care possible. They were great to communicate with, very responsive in addressing issues or concerns. I highly recommend Sunrise Naperville North and the memory floor. Sunrise completely took over the role of caregiver leaving us the role of loving family. What a huge burden Sunrise took off our shoulders.

My mom has been there 18 months! The staff is great! They are very responsive- any time I have a question or concern I get an email or phone call back almost immediately. The environment is also very pleasant- very pretty furnishings - very homey! Would highly recommend

We just moved my mother into this home last weekend and it is a dream come true. The staff is so friendly they make it so it does not feel like a nursing home at all. My mother seems extremely happy. She is actually walking now when was confined to a wheelchair at home. I think this is because of all the activities they offer and the socialization she has been exposed to since being there. Really, so far it seems too good to be true! Members of my family are not kidding when they say they wouldn't mind moving in there themselves!

Sunrise Naperville North Memory Care staff has been amazing. Millicent Huston and her team made the transition for Dad into the community very smooth. They are very kind and supportive of the residents and families. They have been very positive and patient with Dad helping him adjust to his new environment. The communication from the team about Dad’s health and daily activities has been very good. It gives our family great comfort to know that Millicent and her team are there 24/7 for Dad.
