SUNSHINE MEADOWS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY INC

I have a friend that moved into the meadows three months ago and I just wanted to say how happy he is. The administrator and RCC Are very professional, but caring people they really try to accommodate their residence needs the owner of this building Should be very proud of his employees. They are amazing.The building was Immaculately clean. I would refer people to Meadows of Sarasota.

This facility is a hidden gem, Management and Staff are friendly and truly care for the residents , when walking the halls during our tour all the residents were joking with the admin and rcc. Moved my family member in and has been the best choice we’ve made.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. There isn’t enough room to list all the reasons. I’m so glad I got my friend out of here. There was no administration on site for two days, I moved him out and they didn’t even notice he was gone for two days. They tried to keep his medication which is illegal. It’s dirty and the staff is awful. My friends roommate was sick and the staff didn’t check on him right away so the next morning when they did they had to call an ambulance. Jeanine is probably one of the rudest and most unprofessional people ever. Don’t send your loved ones here!

Staff super friendly, Very informative, and were very compassionate. At check in they did follow CDC Guidelines. But I was still was able to do a small tour. The facility smelled like cigarettes right when I walked in, the floors were dirty, it was very dark and gloomy. I was even able to see a room and it was very small, it had a moldy smell, I even saw wall rout, it is seriously outdated. I personally don't feel comfortable with placing my loved one here. With such a great staff, it sadden me to see with what they have to work with but you can tell they do their best with what they do have. Renovation is seriously needed.
