This is truly a unique place. It's clean, well organized and punctual. I've been to several facilities and this one while small is definitely different. There are so many employees here that genuinely care about the residents. I can't name just one standout - they are all good!

This facility loves its veterans. They had a recent trip for Veterans day! This is an excellent facility with excellent staff. I can't say enough about it. Not everything is perfect, but they respond quickly. I wish every senior care facility was like this one. It may be small but they do their best to make it right!

Staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. The smaller facility size lends itself to a more personalized interaction with the residents. Mom loves the activities and all of her new friends. Mom enjoys the meal selections and is always amazed at how the staff remembers what she likes. Management was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition for mom from respite care to full time residency. Mom has a renewed enthusiasm for life and the people, staff at Brookdale Kingston have played a vital role in her happiness.

My mother has been at Brookdale Kingston for 8 years. During that time, even with turnover of staff over the years, I have never been concerned about her safety. I know in my heart that she is well taken care of and cared for. There is a sense of community between staff and residents that we "children" need to see and sense. Our parents have become those we care for and we need to feel assured that is happening. BK is very good at that! My concern is that at times it feels a little too corporate, but the caregivers - all of them - do the best they can to make our little Southern part of the world remain that way which is what most of the BK residents are used to and need during these loss-of-independence times for them. Kudos to all!

I do not have family that lives here. I just dropped in to visit the residents. I have noticed how nice the facilities are. The staff does an awesome job taking care of the residents. I would suggest this Assited Living to anyone looking for a home knowing there loved ones are well taking care of! It the best Assited Living in Kingston.
