TEAL CREEK ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE

This place is filthy and I feel sorry for the residents especially when certain staff treat some better than the others,I just moved my grandmother to another facility that's not always understaffed and Truly care about their residents,If you have your loved one at Teal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care,Check on them periodically.

Great facility, amazing staff. I’ve worked with Ava previously, years ago, and when I walked in with my mom she instantly recognized us both and we shared old stories. Highly recommend this place.

My mom lived at Teal Creek for about three and a half years. I can’t say enough about the exceptional staff at Teal Creek, and how compassionate they were with her. I had very excellent and open communication with her caregivers on a daily basis. I could call and check on her anytime, or drop by for a visit. They always made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Mom had some issues that required a certain amount of specialty care, and they met all of her needs in a very caring way. I will always be grateful to them.

My family member has been in this facility for 18 months & we are very pleased with his care! There are a variety of activities available each day in the community & planned outings to restaurants & shopping expeditions. Periodically there are outdoor cookouts in the courtyard. These foster a sense of community between staff & residents. The life enrichment director is “hands on” & very creative which really engages residents. The facility celebrates the different seasons through décor & activities. The culinary team is very good and the staff are caring & personable. As in most communities, not everything is perfect but I have found the administration to be responsive to problems.

During my visits, I consistently observe residents looking clean and content, as the staff goes above and beyond to address each individual’s unique memory care requirements with thoughtful strategies. This is no small feat, yet they handle it with grace and dedication.
