TEBEAU HOUSE

Father in law lives there. Been there a couple of years now. They brought in a new "manager". His name is Jimmy I've talk to him twice and both times was very rude. This company will go down if they don't teach him to talk to ppl. I'm glad I'm moving my father in law don't have to talk with that boy any longer.

I recently visited my Aunt at this place and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating but in my opinion the facility itself is not up to code to accommodate the tenants. The rooms are very small and there is no emergency buttons of any kind in the rooms . The bathrooms have normal doorknobs with normal locks but they are not allowed to lock it while utilizing it and there is no emergency devices in them for assistance. The tenants are Male and female and anyone could walk in but the bathrooms are marked male only or women only. There is a backdoor for coming and going but it isn't locked so anyone can come and go with no monitoring. I know there have been visitors coming in that back door and the staff never new they were there,I just find this very unsafe . I visited on a Sunday and there was only 2 people on staff there in my opinion is not enough staff. I also observed the small office door left open which is where they keep medication which I assume is under lock and key but I feel the office door should also be kept locked at all times. I feel the owner needs to do some serious upgrade to accommodate the elderly.
