Brookdale is a beautiful place. The rooms have lovely views and the common areas are spacious and organized. But what I like best about Brookdale is the staff. It was hard for my parents to leave their home, but I've seen the staff at Brookdale go above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to their special needs and interests. They have also considered and incorporated my viewpoints in care decisions. My parents have enjoyed the regular meals, daily exercise, and social activities. The staff just had a big Thanksgiving meal for residents and their families, and they went all out to make the occasion warm and festive. I'm so happy that my parents are in a place where they are safe and surrounded by compassionate caregivers.

My mother has been in Clare Bridge, the memory care unit, for a little over two years. Throughout this time, the caregivers have consistently treated her with love, dignity, and respect. They truly care about her and show her that she is still a person of high value. The staff communicates with me and works with me. They are supportive of my needs as well as my mom's and are always available to discuss and address my concerns in a very timely fashion. I can text the care givers and activities director and I always get a prompt reply. I'm included in activities and socials so that I get to enjoy my mom in these settings. They even set up the ice cream parlor for us to have my mom's birthday party, complete with balloons and decorations. If I'm out of town, they will bring my mom to the assisted living building to attend the Catholic Mass that the resident priest has as they know that this is very important to my mom and to me. They provide great transportation to and from appointments and allow me to ride with my mom. I and my siblings have been very happy that we moved my mom to this facility!

Amazing place they keep my mom happy and safe. They go bed bath and beyond if ya get my drift. They wash her up and down, she comes out squeaky clean. Staff is amazing 👏One of the best homes I've had the pleasure of frequenting. Very clean, easy going people, workers are sooooo sweeet. My mom feels at home here ❤

Review I feel it necessary to respond regarding a negative review of Brookdale Tramway Ridge that was posted recently. My first reaction was, “surely this can’t be the same place I’ve been visiting for over 8 months”. From the top down, ie. Administration, staff and support personnel, my friend has received excellent care and attention. The facility is exceptionally clean and the environment particularly welcoming. The other residents that I have interacted with appear clean and well care for. Yes, there are a few dogs. But they do not have the run of the place. What a joy they are for everyone! I would, without exception, recommend Brookdale Tramway Ridge for a friend or loved one needing assisted living.

My grandpa has been a resident at Brookdale Tramway Ridge for about a year and a half now. Today we celebrated his 85th birthday. Amber, Brittany and Kendall put together the best birthday party for him! Great decorations, food, cake, drinks and even goodie bags! Our family is very grateful for all the love and care the entire staff gives him every day since he moved in. Thank you girls for being so good to him and being so good to us! You are like family!
