Cannot imagine a better place for someone when extra care is necessary that the family just cant manage on their own. The entire staff are very sweet. The place is small and clean. Lots of activies to keep the residents busy. Next best thing to home.

I can’t say enough good things about TerraBella Spartanburg!!! The way they care for my mother is something you won’t find at any other community. The staff knows everyone by name and you can tell that they care deeply for the people who live there. When I visit, it doesn’t feel like I’m stepping into some heartless facility, it feels like I’m stepping into a home. Thank you TerraBella for all you do to make my mother happy and comfortable!!

I enjoyed a tour of this assisted living quite some time ago. It was just such a perfect size. Not too big or small. Clean and bright. Residents were on front porch rockers enjoying sunshine. When I came in the lobby, there were other residents visiting in the large living room. Staff was helpful to me and everyone seemed happy and I couldn’t help but smile.

I live in California but have been having to find an assisted living facility for my Mother who lives near Spartanburg, South Carolina. Terra Bella's director of sales, Blake West, was BEYOND helpful in helping me to investigate locations for my mother while I live so far away. His kindness and patience has made all the difference, given that this has been such a stressful time for myself and family. The Waterford at Dillon Point has helped my family in many ways. When my grandmother was there, the staff was so nice and friendly. Every time we visited, it was always clean. Smells clean and looked clean. It was just like her home and very welcoming! Thank you to the staff for helping us through a rough time and making the last bit of time with our grandmother a memorable and enjoyable time.
