Terraces at The Clare

I cannot say enough good things about The Clare! My mother-in-law recently stayed at the rehab facilities for about a month after an illness landed her in the hospital. The Clare not only helped her regain her strength but her confidence as well. The entire staff, from the nurses, the therapists and even the hair salon owner, were beyond caring and compassionate. There were daily activities, like visits from therapy dogs, that kept my mother-in-law entertained as well. The facility was always clean, and I was told the food was delicious. While she was there, I slept easy every night knowing she was in good hands. If your loved one ever needs help getting back on their feet, I cannot recommend The Clare enough!

I recently visited The Clare and had the pleasure of interacting with Dulce and Terrell at the front desk. They were both very polite and professional while assisting me with what I needed. All of my experiences at The Clare have been outstanding, and every employee I’ve come in contact with has been welcoming and helpful. It really reflects positively on the team and the community as a whole.

It’s never a good thing to have to go to a rehab center. At least that’s what I thought until I selected the Terraces at the Clare for my recent rehab needs. This place is just beautiful. So clean and bright and well maintained . And it happens to be staffed by the most remarkable staff I’ve ever been associated with. The therapists and nurses are top notch and take the time to get to know you and figure out how they can best help you. The CNAs are so hard working and professional. They are kind and caring and they can’t do enough to help you get well and return to home. The food was delicious and the activities provided were fun and engaging. If you ever need a skilled nursing facility you should seriously consider the Clare. You’ll be happy you did.

The Clare is my happy place. I have never been happier, more mentally stimulated and healthier at any time in my life than I have been at the Clare. The Clare is full of extremely bright, accomplished residents. It is a welcoming community. It is a real community. That’s why we have so many people in their 90’s. The food is amazing. The staff is part of our community and they stay here for years. The Clare supplies weekly maid service. There is an onsite nurse, onsite physical therapy, fitness classes and excellent personal trainers. There are more activities than one has time for. The Clare offers continuing care right here at the Clare until end of life. The Clare is located in the best neighborhood in Chicago. Everything thing you could ever need is located in one terrific place.

I have been fortunate to call The Clare "Home" for a little over four years and I could not be happier! The Clare's Water Tower location along with its outstanding and responsive leadership team (that is committed to continuous improvement) makes this a wonderful lifestyle. Knowing that assisted living and skilled nursing facilities are an integral part of The Clare community adds immensely to my peace of mind and overall quality of life. Moving to The Clare has certainly been one of the best decisions I have ever made and I highly recommend The Clare!
