The staff is compassionate and they go above and beyond for those in their care. Every aspect of needed services are done with care and a personalization that helps families who bring those who need this extra care to The Addison. 5+ Stars for those who care.

We just found this facility for my mother several days ago after searching one dilapidated, grungy Nursing Home after another. After an unexpected hospitalization we had a situation requiring we move quickly to get Mom into an appropriate environment. We cold called from Google, The staff was very supportive, knowledgeable, responsive (huge thanks for that) and helped us get through the paperwork and the application process quickly. The facility is “very clean”, fresh smelling and cheerful. The patients we have met are happy cheerful people who have all been thoughtful and kind. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that treats your family with dignity, is upscale, affordable and comfortable, I highly encourage you to visit The Addison of Garden Way.

Highly recommend the addison at Garden way. Staff from all areas are extremely kind, and compassionate. Common areas are always kept clean. The kitchen staff prepares Excellent meals on a daily basis. Value for your money cannot be beat. Activities department knows how to get you involved without feeling pressured. Broad range of activities from crafts, bands, happy hours, bible study and brain games. The move here has been completely life changing.

I feel that the staff overall has been wonderful and patient with my brother who is currently living there. Noreen and Jessica have been helpful in addressing his needs and concerns. Mike, the handyman, is always helpful when needed. Mahlin comes in to encourage him to join in activities and the staff tries to make sure he comes down to meals. The food seems good and well balanced. I am very happy that we chose this facility!

My parents are residents at The Addison of Garden Way Place. This facility is a gem tucked away in Hermitage. The staff are professional, genuinely caring and compassionate to the residents. They are also helpful and pleasant to the family members and answer all questions, while keeping us informed of any issues. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have activities and outings for the residents. The room/board/care costs are very reasonable. This is an Assisted Living Facility and not a Skilled Care/Memory Care Facility, so that distinction must be kept in mind when considering elderly care facilities. I highly recommend The Addison of Garden Way Place.
