The Bridge Assisted Living at Life Care Center of Sparta

My mother is 98 & has been a resident in the assisted living section of Lifecare Sparta for about 3 years. I checked other residential senior placements in Putnam & surrounding counties. We decided on Lifecare for the well maintained, clean facilities, the competent, compassionate staff & the willingness of staff to partner with family to provide a safe, pleasant experience for the residence. I was also pleased that residence would be taken to the Sparta hospital if the need arose. The staff have always kept me informed if there was a change in Mom's condition & have encouraged Mom to do as much for herself as she is able to do. The cost is a great value for the facilities & services provided. I am comfortable that Mom has help available if she needs it. Compared to some of the other facilities, Life care has never smelled like stale hopelessness & family are welcomed to visit anytime without prior notice.

Every employee - therapists, nurses, CNAs, social services, food service, cleaning staff, front desk, etc - was so kind to our aunt and she received great care, encouragement, and support! She was there 13 days for rehab.

This facility has been amazing for my brother and his family. They are caring, helpful and really have worked hard to help him come a thousand miles from where he started. Definitely impressed with the care and staff

So far, my loved one has been staying with Life Care Center of Sparta, for rehab. It is a beautiful Center, set in a beautiful country setting, yet conveniently located in Sparta TN. The staff all seem very caring and professional. The meals served are tasty, unless you are not a fan of the type of food being served....but they do offer alternatives! The only area of improvement might be to have the rooms arranged to have more space for visitors and perhaps more outlets for charging cell phones and hearing aids. Finally, there is no "smell" and the facility is kept clean.

I am very pleased either way the care that my mother is receiving at Life Care. Her nursing and dietary needs are be met very well. I have ordered a guest tray for lunch the last two days. Both have been excellent in every way. The entree, sides were great as well as the desserts. It was fresh hot and attractively presented. The housekeeping here is also exceptional. Very orderly clean and well maintained. I am please that my mother is being cared for so well.
