Just moving Dad in and everyone has been so nice and accommodating so far. It is a beautiful place and the residents are very friendly. The food in dining room is very good!

Beautiful building with beautiful art inside. Every corner turned was a little fun art gallery. The apartments for the residents are a very nice size with accommodations I’m sure for those who need it. They offer a lot of different amenities. Arts and crafts room dining area physical therapy and exercise room. Very large washers and dryers in the laundromat. They offer a daily newsletter and have nurses stations through out with the sweetest nurses ready to assist. They have a beautiful property with just about perfect landscaping. All the residents seemed to be in great spirits laughing and smiling and walking their adorable little lapdogs outside on the grounds. My only complaint is when in the dining room a lot of residents use walkers with the wheels on the front and wheelchairs also. When they take a seat at one of the many dining tables there is barely any room to place a walker and you’re having to shuffle people and walkers around to get situated. Other than that it was pretty much perfect.

My parents have been here for a month now. We could not be happier. Helpful staff, amazing food, so very clean. Perfect place for my mom & dad.

Our dear Momma recently moved into a very nice 1 BR apartment with double windows in each room and a well equipped heated bathroom. She raves about the food and has been meeting new people everyday in the dinning room. She uses a wheelchair and sometimes a walker, as do many of the other residents. Over the last 2 wks, I was able to visit her everyday and witnessed first hand how caring and consistent the nursing staff and care team were with Mom. They go above and beyond to keep her spirits up and make sure she is safe. I can honestly say that everyone there is helpful and wants Mom to be happy. To me they are demonstrating “Gods love in action” and we could not be more impressed with this assisted living community.

Your family is in good hands at the Bridge at Ooltewah. It doesn’t take long to feel the love in this community, walk in and you are greeted with smiling faces and people who are eager to help. Every member of the care team is passionate about the seniors they care for and the partners they collaborate with to offer the highest level of care to your loved ones. It’s incredibly comforting to see the level of respect, communication and care each nurse, aide and staff member provides. Residents can be found enjoying Wes’s delicious food in the dinning room. Brian, in maintenance ensures the building is always running smooth and keeps residents informed of fire drills with Alexa Announcements. Lisa keeps residents excited about activities and musical performances by sending reminders to residents on their very own Alexa Echo Show device. Crystal, prioritizes resident care, ensuring doctors, pharmacy and therapies are All working together to ensure quick medication delivery and preventive measures are taken to keep your loved ones safe. Mashawn and Megan in the business office and marketing are some of the residents favorite people and help the families all stay in the know of what’s going on with their loved ones. I have toured many senior living communities, but this one is lead with care by Caleb, the Executive Director. He is a man of integrity always working to ensure everyone is supported with love and care. Their staff is happy and they invest in technology and services to increase quality of life. I am not surprised, as I have continue to be impressed by Century Park as a company. But there is something about this community that is incredibly special. You can’t help but feel a sense of peace when you are in their presence. If you are looking for a quality community to care for your loved one, look no further, at the Bridge at Ooltewah you are home.
