The food is either over cooked or still frozen. My loved one had a sore on her leg that had been covered up for about a month without being cared for. It takes the CNA'S forever to answer the call buttons, what would happen if the person was in real trouble. They leave catheters in way to long and causes UTIs.they don't get the patient out of the bed enough. They are not dependable for their baths. The night time CNA'S are the best they have. They take all of their money , only leaving them $50. no matter how much they bring in from SS. They can't keep their bus running, so it leads to missed doctor's appointments. Very unhappy with this place!!

The Facility is very clean, spacious and beautiful. They have so many activities for the residents to do. Movies playing, games, coloring and drawing, a library and even an ice cream parlor! Several beautiful court yards for them to go outside and enjoy the weather. Lots of trees, bushes and plants outside. All the employees are so nice, polite, respectful and so very helpful. As soon as you walk in to the facility you get a very peaceful and calm feeling. The rooms are nice with a big window and very clean. Kayla in admissions was in constant contact with me. It made it a very easy transition for Mom and us. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!
