I love the family environment the workers are very good with the residents and they do a lot of fun activities the administrator is on the floor interacting with the friends and family the food is really good the ads are curing and attentive to the residents I have done private duty a lot of places but nun have had this feel I think is is a really wonderful place for the elderly

I brought my kids to visit and was impressed with the peaceful environment, kind staff, lively residents and great food. Their chef, John, is the best. The kids had a great time meeting everyone and hearing their life stories!

My aunt and myself have found the staff, esp. the Fort Smith director, Sheri, to go over and beyond to make sure my aunt is cared for lovingly and properly. I highly recommend Brookfield!

My personal experience is that this is a very loving and supportive environment. The residents are super sweet and staff really genuinely cares about the residents. Management are all sweethearts and really do all they can for everyone. Can't beat the good food either.
