THE CANOPY AT WESTRIDGE

Very nice, new facility. Great activities director. 3 stars deducted for the meals. Meals used to be acceptable a few months ago, but the food quality has now deteriorated significantly. Considering the cost to live there, the food should be much better. UPDATE: Best thing about this facility was Jay, the activities director, but he is now gone. Whatever happened, the residents hope they get him back!

I'm happy with my mother's experience at The Canopy! Jay, the activities director, is doing a fantastic job keeping my mom engaged with a variety of fun activities. Leeann made the move-in process so smooth, and Amy gives me daily confidence that my mom's level of care is met. My mother is in excellent hands there.

The Canopy at Westridge is beautiful! The grounds and living areas are well maintained, and everything was so clean! LeeAnne gave us a very informative and thorough tour and answered all of our questions .The staff members that we met were very friendly. I would recommend that anyone who is seeking a retirement home (for themselves or a loved one) pay them a visit.

Incredible Experience at the Canopy at WestRidge! I was warmly welcomed by wonderful individuals, all wearing cheerful smiles. I had the opportunity to volunteer alongside the activity director for Wine Down Tuesday, and the residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves! They absolutely loved the musician who performed. This place is truly remarkable!

My Mother moved from rehab to memory care almost one month ago.. Honestly I didn’t think she would make it out of rehab.. While at The Canopy at Westridge she has improved so much.. It is very clean residents. Friendly staff. The food is excellent, she looks forward to each meal. I am pleased, because medical care , and therapy is all offered under one roof. They also offer hair salon, my mom really enjoyed getting her hair done. Something about getting your hair done makes you feel better. Staff is compassionate and caring to the residents here.. My Mom is happy here..
