The Courtyards Senior Living Briarcliff

I got to visit my friend Jimena yesterday and got to spend about 2 hours with her. The facility is beautiful, I met several of the staff and they were so nice. I'm glad my friend has a beautiful place to live and is watched over so well. Thank Y'all for everything you do.

I am guessing the good reviews on this place are fake!! We continued to find my dad thirsty, hungry & dirty…I watched other residents struggle to eat, with no assistance. Very dirty conditions with workers running to clean up only when a visitor arrived. This process has been difficult for my family & I only wish someone had warned us. I am warning others now…find a different facility. The Courtyards does NOT care about their residents!

Aliyah Stone is so kind to all the patients. Her smile makes my day when I see how she interacts with them all. What an ASSET she is to your company!

I don't feel they take care of the people and there belongings. My aunt fell at least once a week, they can't hold good staff and when my aunt passed her brand new $4000 hearing aid was missing along with other possessions. In addition their monthly cost went up over $1000 in a little over a year. I feel for the money they charge none of these things should have happened.

Thank you to Tonya & Jonathan at Courtyards. You both, along with your team, have made the transition into assisted living for my mother possible. My mother is 95 this month ,and we are thrilled with her progress. We are beyond grateful.
