This is a very warm and caring place. From the kitchen to the care givers, residents are always treated with respect and dignity.. Juniper treats you like family. Care givers and staff provide comfort and service from day to day activities such as lunch outings as well as shopping.. Stop by or call to see what Juniper Village at Devon has to offer.

From the moment we walked into Juniper Village at Devon, it felt homey and welcoming. I had already visited a half dozen senior communities on behalf of my sister, all of which were lovely and had solid amenities, and had professional staff, but they all lacked the warmth I was looking for in a residence. Juniper's friendly atmosphere was so evident, from the smiles and greetings of the staff, to the residents having their pre-happy hour gathering in the lobby, we felt at ease and welcomed. Our tour advisor, Daniel, was delightful, informative, had a great sense of humor and never pressured us. He took the time to listen to our questions and patiently walked at our slower pace as we toured the facility. We could see he loves people and loves his job. Juniper offered everything we were looking for, including a lovely campus with woods, mature trees, and lawns. The food is abundant and delicious! While moving in, we were helped with settling in by Daniel, and others on staff. The apartment was fresh and clean and had plenty of storage. The visiting Doctor and the nursing staff, headed by Menia, another delightful person, have been attentive and professional. All of this during the most difficult winter post-storm week in years. I'm told that much of the staff have been there for years, and that speaks volumes. My sister is already feeling content and enjoying this new chapter in life, and I am assured she is in a caring and safe environment. I'm so grateful we found Juniper at Devon!!

STAY AWAY!!! THE WORST! PLEASE DO NOT send your loved ones to this horrible place! My dear Father walked in here smiling on a Monday afternoon and by Saturday morning, he was found unresponsive being rushed to the hospital taken out on a stretcher! He was severely dehydrated and numerous blood clots in his legs. He was in a memory care unit and was told he needed prompting and reminders to drink and eat. They neglected him! The staff has no compassion or love. Extremely disrespectful and poorly run! From the beginning, the communication is horrible. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Dominique does not know how to return calls. We were given paperwork and contracts after my Dad was admitted. Erica, the Director of Nursing, has the coldest heart if she in fact has a heart. No one could give us an answer to what happened to my Dad. We wanted to pick up his belongings, no one would call us back. So funny that the staff has time on their Facebook page to make videos of them doing the chicken dance, yet they can't give my Father a glass of water! Horrible place. Stay away. Would never recommend!

I can only sing the highest praise for the resident experience my brother and I have enjoyed while at Devon Senior Living. It started with a head on collision my brother suffered. The injuries he sustained were too challenging for some assisted living facilities and not serious enough for sustained rehabilitation or skilled nursing centers. Devon took him in. It started with Olga Stathakopoulos, our first contact at Devon, whose can do, professional, and empathetic attitude set the tone. Eric, the executive director, could not have been more helpful and navigating. To make a my brother is now settled in waiting for his injuries to heal and doing very well. The staff from the nurses, to the assistants, to the room cleaners, to the dining servers, to the front desk greeters could not be more personable and supportive. My brother also raves about the quality of the PT and OT services he receives. He is getting tremendous care at a very reasonable cost. If you are looking for a facility that appears to understand you build from the inside out, putting in staff that is committed and caring first and then building from that foundation, Devon Senior Living is a place you may want to check out. It appears that the new management is in process of renovating the facility while retaining its Main Line charm. Speaking for ourselves, we could not be more pleased.

My mother was first recommended to Devon by the most helpful A Place for Mom, for her Dementia, but we went with another A/L place at first. She has now been at Devon since Oct 2014, and it has been a world of difference. The communication between Enrollment Director, Executive Director, Resident Services Director, Business Director, and Concierge Staff has been understanding, prompt and professional. It is a very stressful time with her Dementia, but Devon has given us much peace of mind. I would highly recommend it. Any concerns have been taken seriously and we have been communicated with respect and issues resolved. She loves the menu too. Thank God for The Devon. My father was a carpenter, so their income has always been modest, and Devon is affordable for us, and most others are not. We trust Devon & that is a huge gift in this world we live in.
