THE FOUNTAINS AT CANTERBURY HEALTH CENTER

Fountains of Canterbury Assisted Living, The Inn, is a wonderful place. My mother, 94, has spent several months there. The setting with trees, flowers and lots of space is really special. But more special is the staff. From the administration to the nurses and support staff, we could not be more impressed. Each person treats my mother with care and respect, and answers all of our many questions with patience and care. It’s a wonderful choice!

The people make it special. Both the staff and the residents. The place is nice too. Mom says she really enjoys it. We eat brunch with her on Sundays. It's a buffet that is always good.

I recently spent sometime visiting a friend at the Fountains. My first impression in walking in the facility and down the halls was that there were none of the tell tale smells you normally encounter in a nursing home. The common area, hallways and rooms were clean and fresh I was also pleased with the smiles and over all pleasant interactions I had with the housekeepers. As a friend I did not have any interaction with the nursing staff, but in discussing her care with the family and my friend there were no complaints.

My mom has been a resident at this facility since December 1, 2017. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff. Since I live out of state it is difficult for me to visit frequently. However when I have had questions or concerns I have gotten an immediate response. Alice has been most helpful in answering any questions that I might have about my moms care. Her nurse Lucretia has been very helpful with information about her medical needs. The facility is always clean during my visits and my mom has always been clean and well attended to during my visits. And Chris......you rock!! I have nothing but great things to say about The Fountains at Canterbury.

My mom has lived at The Fountains at Canterbury for 4 years. It was a tough decision to make but the management and staff in the assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities made the decision easier. My mom has utilized all three of the facilities and many of the people I met 4 years ago are still there and treat me like family. My mom is well taken care of and the staff communicates with me about any issues that come up. The Fountains at Canterbury is not perfect; however, any concerns I have had have been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Most importantly, my mom is comfortable there and is well treated.
