The Gardens at Osage Terrace

The residents are amazing and friendly. The practitioners are good at keeping up to date with resident care. The management is not the hands on type preferring to delegate duties to other staff members who are not licensed or qualified to do certain tasks. The administrator doesn't have a very good repore with the residents instead she dictates what they can and cannot do in this place they call home. They are told what to do and when to do it. Residents rights do not seem to come into play. Look closely before considering this place for your loved one.
