The last 3 months my brother has been here his care has gone down hill. He doesn’t get a shower that often stays in same clothes for weeks at a time. He’s Roku to his tv is missing and some of his towels have disappeared. This isn’t the place to put your loved one’s.

my sister and I have noticed a very nice change since Brandi and her team have gotten there a few weeks ago. I see a difference in my Brother ever since then things are picking up quite nicely so a big shout out to Brandi and her team. The building is getting in tiptop, shape, painting, etc. and it seems like the patients do love it. Brandi is very attentive as the fabulous med tech that she is, to my brother’s needs we appreciate her and her team love seeing them every weekend

My cousin live in Harmony. His needs are always met. They clean him, do his laundry, keep his room neat and help him with his daily activities. He says the food is good. The building is clean and does not have any odors. Staff are friendly and professional. Overall we are very happy 😊

They over medicaided my mother with her blood pressure medicine and was rushed to the hospital. Now she's battling for her life. Think twice about placing your loved one here.

Toured Harmony with a salesman. As he showed me around the facility, a lost scared resident came to us & asked to be shown to her room. He directed her two corridors away. About 5 minutes later the wandering lady returned still confused. Again, he directed her. Feeling sorry for her, I asked the shaking woman if she would like me to show her to her room? Thankfully the lady said “would you please”. I walked the lady to her room which was locked, then took her to a nearby office where the employees rolled their eyes exasperated at the poor lady. I went back to the salesman who was waiting 2 corridors away to continue my tour. Really?!! This is supposed to be memory care & no one wanted to help her? Harmony isn’t compassionate or caring. Not a place for my relative for sure. There are better places that are the same price.
