THE HEALTH CENTER AT CONCORDIA

Family member hasn’t been there long in the skilled nursing unit. I get a call from them the person calling gave me their first name but no title and they were rude and combative. Zero customer service. Not sure how it will work out but doesn’t matter what field your in , you should treat people nicely

Concordia is wonderful!! Our family agrees that it’s the best place to help those you love! We are receiving a variety of care and assistance for our love one. They have all the care levels we will ever need. The staff is so amazing. They are kind, helpful, and very caring. If you need a place I would encourage you to call and set an appointment for a tour.

Concordia is a wonderful retirement area but it is also a great rehabilitation center. The staff is attentive and friendly and knowledgeable. It is spacious and the semi private rooms are double the size of most nursing centers. My friend is in there with a broken hip and said the food could be better and the mattress is too soft but other than that she is pleased.

Horrible staff , treat your loved ones with such disrespect. Concordia is understaffed and their Management is inexperienced and lack compassion. Way too expensive for the lack of care given to your loved ones - Once about 5 years ago Concordia was a nice place, but the constant monthly turnover has ruined this facility- Recently moved my Mom out of Concordia- movers told me they have had 6 people leave Concordia in just the last month !!! Save your money and go to a more caring facility.

Concordia is simply one of the best communities for active older adults in our area! They are faith-based and many of the residents volunteer out in their communities and support local events. Several of our clients live at Concordia now and after moving often say they wished they had done it sooner.
