THE HILLSIDE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY

My dad was dying and they were not giving him pain medicine on schedule it was 25 minutes late, he was in excruciating pain and suffering. The food is disgusting. Cold, hard, dried out. Not once but every time I was there. They left my dad in a soiled diaper from 11pm Thursday till 4pm Friday. They never checked on him the day he was dying. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Most of the staff was great and treated my dad very good. The plug for his hospital bed had wires exposed. The residents just wander the hall or watch TV. The write up they promote is a lie. The staff tells the higher ups about the problems and they do nothing about it. It cost over 7000.00 a month for him to be their and it's only about the money not the residents. My dad deserved to be treated with dignity and respect while he was dying and he was not. The staff treats the dogs way better then the residents which is uncalled for. They lost a resident, A residents was in soaking wet clothes for hours and she wasn't put in dry clothes. Please don't put your loved one in here. You see one way while you're there and after you leave the residents and not taken care of. My dad was there over 2 years.

Our experience with Hillside Senior Living has been nothing short of exceptional. We no longer carry the constant worry—we know she’s in capable, caring hands. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be truly seen, understood, and well cared for, Hillside is that place.

This place is a total scam. They don't pay their employees. They don't take adequate care of the residents. Some of the residents need more help then what this company can offer and they still keep them there instead of putting them in a nursing home. I am an ex employee here. I love the residents. This place only loves money. They don't care. They actually made all of the employees rate this place 5 stars so we could "win" a contest. Trust me, it looks and sounds like a beautiful place to be.. however, it's not. They got me at first, i was nieve After too much drama, not being a valued employee, my checks not being full to the amount I'm owed. The voicing of worry for some residents.. only to go in one ear and out the other. I had to quit.

We love the staff here! A few relatives have been in their care and have always raved about the professionalism and level of care. My nan’s been talking non-stop lately about the nice caregivers and head of the kitchen! Thought I’d leave a review so her notes won’t go unnoticed! Thank y’all for taking such good care of our family over the years!

We have been so happy with the helpful staff at Hillside! Everyone has been so friendly and caring. Michelle, Bobby, Sherry, and Jackie have been wonderful to work with. We look forward to meeting the rest of the staff!
