The Neighborhood at Tellico Village

We were planning a move from Ohio to Tellico Village and needed a skilled care facility for my mother. The Neighborhood was the perfect solution. As we investigated The Neighborhood, Christina was so helpful and accommodating in acquainting us with the wonderful facility and making the application process smooth. She was so caring and considerate, answering all of our questions. She was always available by phone to help with the entire transition for us and my mother to be as stress free as possible. Once my mother moved in we found the entire staff to be amazing. Helping my mother adjust to her new life in The Neighborhood and making her feel loved and cared for day and night. I would highly recommend The Neighborhood.

They take very good care of my 93 year old mother here. She is protected from falls and loves the food. I have sampled the food myself and understand why she has gained weight. Their care has lifted a great worry from my life.

My 90 year old mom has been The Neighborhood at Tellico Village a little over a year. She was happy there but due to the pandemic we decided to move her to Five Star Independent Living next door. Holly and the entire staff were so accommodating and absolutely the nicest people to help make sure my mom was welcome and help to settle her into her new beautiful apartment. The independent living is first class and a great place for someone who is a candidate for that lifestyle. Unfortunately, mom ended up needing more help with daily duties than we realized and we moved her back to The Neighborhood Assisted Living after 2 short months. Again, Holly and the entire staff were able to accommodate her and move her back to assisted living within a week. We just got her settled today with the help of the Five Star staff and she is happy and thrilled to be back with her friends. Everyone has gone above and beyond to take care of my mother and her needs. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful and caring facilities as both The Neighborhood Assisted Living and Five Star Independent Living here in Tellico Village. I would not hesitate to recommend either place for your loved ones. Thanks to all!

We moved our uncle from another state to be close to us. He is 91 years old and was in a rehab. We moved him to the Neighborhood and could not be happier. They take such good care of him and he is very happy as well. Holly made our move there for him so easy and she was so much help dealing with his rehab and making all the necessary paperwork that was needed for his move. We could not have done it with out her. The Neighborhood is so clean and beautiful and the staff treats our Uncle wonderful. He said the food is delicious and looks forward to all his meals. We would highly recommend The Neighborhood at Tellico Village for anyone looking for an assistant living facility for their loved one.
