THE NEIGHBORHOODS AT BAPTIST VILLAGE OF ELK CITY

Staff was not even trying to understand me or try to find a way to help fix a DoorDash problem. (Anonymous staff member)was Putting in very little effort. This is my job and things like this effects my rating and how much I get paid. As of right now they need to fix their communication skills and learn how to speak respectfully and not like they just really don’t care.

It is one of the best places for a loved one to live. Their room is their home not just a room

The nicest retirement home I have ever seen. The nursing staff is nice.

Very, very nice facilities. This transition was difficult for my grandparents but they have been welcomed with open, loving arms.

Beautiful place, was very nice to be there visiting. Very clean.
